Here at Care Taxi Pride, we do

and special needs. We offer a non-
emergency wheelchair & Stretcher
transport service working with
hospitals and nursing homes to
transfer patients to where they
need to be.
Our driver undergo an intensive
training programme to ensure that
you will receive the very best care
and attention at all times.
We operate the services that have
made life easier for our injured,
disabled, and special needs
customers.
Our “Smiley Care Driver” is ready
and willing to give you any extra
assistance that you need, such as
helping you down in the lift or
escorting you to the hospital,
shopping, sightseeing, The Omiya
Bonsai Art Museum, Saitama
Super Arena, Old Kawagoe
town, Narita/Haneda airport
and other train station.
Care Taxi Pride is specially
designed to accept special needs
customers in wheelchair or
stretcher.
The taxi has wheelchair ramp and
safety belts to secure the
wheelchair or stretcher during the
journey.
We operate the specially adapted
versatile TOYOTA Vellfire which
can be prepared to carry
1 wheelchair plus 5 passengers,
2 wheelchairs plus 2 passengers
or 1 stretcher plus 2 passengers.
Our Fees
All journeys are basically subject
to our licensed Taxi Charge as
follows
+Distance & Time System Charge
0-2Km: 730JPY， then 90JPY/301m
(less than 10km/h 90JPY/1min50sec)
+Late night and early morning extra
charge (10pm to 5am) + 20%
or
+Time System Charge
2,990JPY/30min
+We also charge support and rental
fees as follows.
・Basic Care Support Charge
: 1,000JPY
・Stairs Lifting Support Charge
1,000JPY/floor
-If you need to come up more than 2nd floors without elevator, please ask
us.
・Rental Charge
-Regular Wheelchair 500JPY
-Reclining Wheelchair 2,000JPY
-Stretcher 3,000JPY

Note
You can use your own wheelchair, off course. However our minivan has the
accessible wheelchair size limits, maximum L1,020mm x W640mm x
H1,330mm.

Please note: electric wheelchair is slightly larger than manual wheelchair,
please ensure your wheelchair sizes, so just remember to mention it when
you make your booking.
